There’s foam, and pollution from all types, I’m looking for a person with a European/Canadian/Japanese/American solution to cleanup for 100% quality of water and prevention of pollution again coming to those areas, not only in city of São Paulo, but all parts of in state of São Paulo, idea is to have a more focused project in conservation too and more parks too in those areas, more investors for that and more life with that too, fishing in a few years or decades with that too, usage of waters… invisible rivers comeback too, if not more time…
