Plastic in the ocean is killing animals.

More than 1 million seabirds and 100,000 marine animals die from plastic pollution every year. 100% of baby sea turtles have plastic in their stomachs.

To us the solution is obvious: Pick up the trash that's already in the ocean and stop more trash from going in. The ocean cleanup is doing both and they need our help.

This is a big problem, we need big action, and we've set a big goal.     

Will you help us reach it with a big donation? Can you give $500?  We know it sounds like a lot, but think of all the things you spend $500 on - dinners out, summer camps, trips, a single plane ticket... We think The Ocean Cleanup should be on that list too.

We (Autumn and Hayden) got the ball rolling by donating $650.
