I set up this fundraiser because I find it important to support organizations like The Ocean Cleanup, to get a cleaner and healthier ocean for all! The Ocean Cleanup’s mission is to remove 90% of floating ocean plastic by 2040.

Tuesday 7th Jan Anlässlich meines 60. Geburtstages möchte ich einen Beitrag zur globalen Reinigung unserer Meere leisten. Aus meiner langjährigen Erfahrung als aktiver Wassersportler konnte ich leider die zunehmende Verschmutzung im Laufe der Jahre, auch in heimischen Gewässern, erleben. Ich bin mir ziemlich sicher, dass dieses Thema jeden betrifft, spätestens dann, wenn das Sportgerät beschädigt wird oder beim Schwimmen in den Müll gegriffen wird.
