Nic & Charly’s Wedding: Love for Each Other, Hope for Our Oceans
Nic and Charly’s shared love for the ocean has been both a joy and a call to action. As a dedicated diver, Nic has witnessed the heartbreaking effects of plastic pollution in our seas: turtles mistaking bags for food, and the once-thriving marine life struggling amidst a rising tide of plastic. Charly, equally passionate about ocean preservation, has seen this devastation through Nic’s eyes and is committed to making a difference.
For our wedding, we ask for your support in lieu of gifts, directing it toward The Ocean Cleanup. This remarkable organisation, founded by a young visionary, is on a mission to remove 90% of ocean plastics by 2040, focusing on both vast ocean patches and plastic-filled rivers. With your generosity, we can help create a world where future generations can enjoy the same beauty we have been blessed to witness in the ocean.
