Painting Giveaway | The Oceans Collection

I'm giving away one of my paintings to someone who donates to The Ocean Cleanup fundraiser. The random winner will be selected and announced when I reach my goal of raising $5,000. The highest donor will also receive a mystery prize. 

To help bring awareness I have just finished my latest textured art collection titled "The Oceans". If you live in/near Pittsburgh, PA you can come see the paintings at my art show August 3rd, 2024 at Field Day in Lawrenceville, PA. You can share this on your social media platforms, speak with friends and family about why it's important to clean our oceans and together we can provide conditions for a cleaner global ecosystem as well as a better global economy. 

I set this fundraiser up to help bring awareness on an organization that is doing REAL work to clean up our oceans. The Ocean Cleanup’s mission is to remove 90% of floating plastic in the sea by 2040.  


Need more reasons to SHARE this cause or donate if you have the means?

• In the United States alone about 3 million jobs or 1/45 jobs are dependent on the ocean in some way. It’s a crucial part of our economy which makes up about $500 billion dollars of our GDP.


• The ocean acts as our “air conditioner” for the globe regulating temperatures and absorbing about 70% of the sun’s heat without letting our world become an oven. Marine pollution deteriorates that ability to help regulate a livable climate for our home.


• Marine pollution has shut down tourism in many parts of the globe where the local economy relies on it to thrive. In my past experience alone, waters were so polluted in Thailand that they closed off tourism for years. Tourism is a huge part of the Thai economy, and if you were lucky enough to visit my paternal homeland, you understand what is worth protecting.

They are a non-profit doing REAL work to clean our oceans and they have made tremendous progress. I’ll be giving away one of my paintings from The Oceans collection completely free, shipping included to one lucky donor when we reach the $5,000 goal.
