While travelling in Thailand with the family early 2026, I was pretty shocked to see the huge amounts of plastic floating around, which triggered me to start this fundraising activity to help clean up the ocean. The Ocean Cleanup’s mission is to remove 90% of floating ocean plastic by 2040.
I decided to take a challenge and raising funds at the same time. End of August I will start a bike ride of 6 days from the atlantic (Biaritz) to the mediterranean sea (Argeles sur Mer), over 800km and more then 20.000 Hightmeters.
