Per il mio 35° compleanno, il 1° marzo, ho deciso di fare una cosa diversa:
niente regali. Se ti va, puoi festeggiare con me sostenendo una causa a cui tengo molto, la protezione degli oceani.

Ho creato questa raccolta fondi per The Ocean Cleanup, che lavora per rimuovere il 90% della plastica galleggiante dagli oceani entro il 2040.

Per dare ancora più visibilità al tema, l’11 luglio attraverserò a nuoto lo Stretto di Messina. È una sfida personale e un gesto simbolico per ricordarci quanto il mare sia importante e vada protetto.

For my 35th birthday on March 1st, I decided to do something different:
no gifts. If you’d like, you can celebrate with me by supporting a cause I truly care about — protecting our oceans.

I set up this fundraiser for The Ocean Cleanup, which aims to remove 90% of floating ocean plastic by 2040.

To help spread the word, on July 11th I’ll swim across the Strait of Messina. It’s a personal challenge and a symbolic way to highlight how important the sea is, and why it needs protection.
